Welcome to Limo Rentals, operated by RentX Inc. (“RentX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions explain how our website and booking services work. By using limorentals.com or making a booking through our platform, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who We Are
RentX Inc. is a booking broker registered in Delaware, USA, with offices at 2281 Lava Ridge Court, Suite 200, Roseville, CA 95661. We connect customers with independent, licensed transportation operators across the United States. RentX does not own or operate vehicles. All transportation services are provided by third-party operators (“Operators”). RentX’s role is to facilitate bookings, manage payments, and provide customer support.
RentX Inc. operates various online platforms and brand names under its corporate ownership, including Limo Rentals, available at limorentals.com. These platforms are operated and managed by RentX Inc., trading in California under its registered DBA name RentX Group.
Regardless of which brand or website you use to make a booking, your contract is always with RentX Inc., unless otherwise stated in writing.
2. Definitions
Customer / You – the person making a booking or using our website. Operator – a third-party licensed provider of transport services. Booking – a confirmed reservation made via RentX. Deposit – the initial non-refundable amount paid to confirm a booking. Service – any vehicle hire or transport arranged through RentX. Event Date – the date of travel or service delivery.
3. Scope of Our Service
RentX provides an online platform where customers can search, compare, and book ground transportation. We facilitate communication and payment between you and the Operator. The Operator is responsible for delivering the booked service. We make every effort to verify Operators’ credentials and maintain high standards, but we do not guarantee or warrant their performance, licensing, or insurance.
4. Making a Booking
A booking is confirmed once payment of the Deposit is received and a official confirmation is issued by RentX. You must provide accurate details such as pickup location, timings, passenger count, and special requirements. Any material change to these details may affect availability and price. Final balance payments are due as stated on your confirmation and may be handled either by RentX or directly by the Operator.
5. Pricing, Payments and Taxes
All prices shown are in US dollars and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Deposits are taken by RentX at the time of booking to secure your reservation and cover our service fee. Remaining balances are payable as instructed on your confirmation. Additional costs such as tolls, parking, waiting time, cleaning, and damage are payable to the Operator. RentX may hold payments in trust for Operators until service completion.
6. Cancellations, Changes and Refunds
We understand plans can change, so our policy is designed to be fair while protecting Operators. Customer Cancellations: Cancel within 24 hours of booking and more than 14 days before pickup: full refund. Cancel 14 to 3 days before pickup: Deposit is non-refundable; any balance refunded. Cancel within 72 hours of pickup: full charges apply. Special events or peak dates: stricter rules may apply (shown before you pay). Operator Cancellations or Service Failure: If an Operator cancels or fails to perform, we will first try to re-accommodate you with an equivalent vehicle. If that isn’t possible, RentX will refund all amounts paid to us for that booking. Reschedules: You may request one date change, subject to availability and any price difference. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
7. Operator Performance and Substitution
Operators are independent businesses responsible for delivering their services safely and professionally. RentX vets and monitors partners, but we are not liable for their actions, omissions, or performance. Operators may substitute vehicles of equivalent or higher standard if necessary. If a substitution does not meet the agreed standard, you must notify RentX immediately so we can assist.
8. Conduct, Fees and Surcharges
To keep every journey safe and enjoyable, the following rules apply:

| Cleaning Fee | Charged by Operator for excessive mess, spills, or illness incidents. |
| Damage | You are responsible for any damage caused by your group. |
| Waiting Time | 15 minutes grace period, then Operator’s hourly rate applies. |
| Overtime | Charged in hourly increments, subject to vehicle availability. |
| No-Show | Full fare applies if you or your group fail to show within 30 minutes. |
| Parking / Tolls | Payable to Operator where applicable. |
| Prohibited Items | No illegal drugs, weapons, or hazardous materials. |
| Operators may refuse service without refund if these rules are breached. |
9. Accessibility, Child Seats and Special Requests
Please advise us of any accessibility needs, mobility aids, luggage, or child seat requirements when booking. Operators will make reasonable efforts to accommodate, subject to legal and safety requirements. Unless agreed otherwise, customers must provide their own legally compliant child seats.
10. Your Responsibilities
You must provide accurate booking information, be ready at the agreed pickup point on time, ensure all passengers behave respectfully and safely, and comply with local laws and Operator instructions. You are responsible for any charges arising from misinformation, delays, or misconduct.
11. Our Responsibilities and Liability
RentX acts solely as an intermediary between you and the Operator. We are not a transport provider and are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any Operator. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentX’s total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the total amount paid to RentX for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including missed flights, loss of enjoyment, or business interruption.
12. Website Use and Intellectual Property
limorentals.com and all content, trademarks, and materials are owned by RentX Inc. or its licensors. You may use our site only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not copy, scrape, or reproduce any content, data, or listings. Automated access, reverse-engineering, or resale of our data is strictly prohibited.
13. Reviews and User Content
When you submit reviews or feedback, you grant RentX a non-exclusive licence to display, reproduce, and moderate your content. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or misleading.
14. Privacy and Data
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and use your information. By submitting a booking or enquiry, you consent to receive operational messages relating to your booking via phone, email, or SMS. California residents may exercise CCPA rights as described in our Privacy Policy.
15. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a problem with your booking, contact us at support@rentx.com within 7 days of travel. We will respond within 5 business days. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration administered in California, except for small-claims cases which may be filed in local court. Class-action lawsuits and class arbitration are not permitted.
16. Force Majeure
Neither RentX nor any Operator is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, traffic accidents, road closures, strikes, government action, or emergencies.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute shall be heard in the courts of Sacramento County, CA. If any provision is found invalid, the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always appear on limorentals.com/terms with the effective date shown above. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
